No — my process is built around zero downtime. Your site is copied and fully tested on the new server first, and DNS is only switched once everything is verified, so visitors keep seeing a working site throughout.
Everything is transferred — posts, pages, images and settings. When your domain stays the same, your URLs stay the same too, so your rankings aren’t disturbed. If you’re changing domains, I’ll advise on redirects so your rankings are protected.
